The MP-240 ECHO is a PA amplifier specially designed for commercial applications. It is an ideal solution for bars, restaurants, retail stores, offices and other applications where paging and background music are required. The MP-240R ECHO combines a 220 W power amplifier with a mixing console, a BGM MP3-400 module for a USB / SD MP3 player and a recorder. Three microphone inputs are available on the combined 6.35 mm XLR / TRS balanced connectors. The switch at each input can be used to set the sensitivity of the input (line or microphone) and the possibility of phantom powering the microphone with 24 V. The microphone connected to input 1 can automatically mute other sound sources; the function is activated by a microphone signal. Echo effect is available for MIC1 ~ MIC3 inputs with front panel control. Another input is the AUX on the 6.35 mm XLR / TRS connector, connected in parallel with the stereo input on the RCA connectors. Priority can also be activated for telephone input. The front panel controls the level of each of the four inputs, treble and bass settings, echo effect and overall volume control. When the PRE AUT signal path is disconnected, an input and output are available for connecting external signal processing devices such as delay units, equalizers or feedback systems. You can connect a load with an impedance of 4 Ω to the output power section, but you can also connect a load requiring 25V, 70V and 100 V. The MP-240R ECHO amplifier can also operate with a 24 V DC supply voltage, eg from a backup source.
